What you will bring to our firm:
- BS in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
- 8 - 10 years of experience required in water/wastewater, particularly as a water/wastewater engineer designing (study, plans and specifications) water and/or wastewater infrastructure (i.e. treatment and collection/distribution projects)
- Progressive experience in the evaluation, design, permitting and construction administration of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, water storage and distribution facilities, and wastewater collection systems.
- Project experience with City of Austin or TXDOT required
- Team player possessing strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective client presentations and written report preparation.
- Familiar with basic Storm Drain Design
- Familiar with Basic Elements of Roadway Design
What we prefer you bring:
• Professional Engineer License is preferred but not required
• MS is preferred
• Experience with small and large diameter pipes and pipeline experience a plus.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or BIM is preferred.
Compensation:
The range for this position is salary range is $110,000 - $140,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
