Responsibilities

  • Supports the development of project phasing and scheduling

  • Assists in preparing schedules for planning, design, and construction activities

  • Helps monitor project schedules and budget to support on-time, on-budget delivery

  • Maintains communication with contractors, construction managers, and clients to support project coordination

  • Contributes to the development and review of project procedures and policies

  • Assists in addressing issues raised in field reports from architects and construction management staff

  • Coordinates with the architect/engineer of record on change orders, contract interpretation, and technical matters to support quality and code compliance

  • Prepares field memoranda or directives under the guidance of senior staff to support contract compliance

  • Exercises judgment on-site within defined parameters, escalating complex issues to senior team members

  • Reviews and documents contractors’ claims or disputes and provides input to senior management

  • Conducts site visits as needed to assist with project oversight

  • Performs related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years’ of related experience
  • E-builder experience
  • Able to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must possess a driver’s license

Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM 
Employment Status: Full-time
Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000:Salary dependent upon experience and geographic location.
