GFT is seeking a Digital Delivery Specilaist to join our Digital Delivery team supporting our Transportation Practice! The role offers the option of working remotely or to work hybrid schedule near any one of our US locations.

What you’ll be challenged to do:

As a Digital Delivery Specialist, you will support the setup, coordination, and optimization of digital delivery processes across a broad spectrum of projects and disciplines. You’ll work with multiple platforms—especially Autodesk and Bentley —and provide hands-on guidance and support for teams in architecture, engineering, and construction throughout all phases of project delivery as well as broader strategic transformation.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our teams are equipped with the tools, standards, and workflows they need to deliver coordinated, compliant, and data-rich project outcomes.

 

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: 

  • Support the implementation and configuration of Common Data Environments (CDEs), including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Bentley ProjectWise, and Infrastructure Cloud.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and day-to-day support for project teams using digital collaboration platforms.
  • Assist in the development, rollout, and maintenance of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), data standards, and information management protocols in accordance with ISO 19650 and internal standards.
  • Coordinate digital design and documentation workflows across disciplines, ensuring efficient model coordination and data exchange.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to project delivery platforms and work with internal IT or vendor support as needed.
  • Collaborate with BIM, VDC, IT, and project management teams to ensure alignment between digital strategy and project needs.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, standards documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will bring to our firm: 
  • 3–7 years of experience in the AEC industry with hands-on experience supporting digital project delivery across multiple disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of some or all the following design platforms: Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks, Bentley OpenRoads, OpenRail, OpenBridge.
  • Working knowledge of some or all the following CDE platforms: Bentley ProjectWise and/or Infrastructure Cloud and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for civil/infrastructure projects.
  • Solid foundational understanding of AEC project design /delivery and the tools used (OpenRoads, OpenBridge, Civil3D, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical workflows to colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • A flexible, adaptable, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
 What we prefer you bring:
  • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with CDE platforms such as Trimble Connect, SharePoint, Asite, Procore, Newforma, or similar is a plus.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation (e.g., Dynamo, Python, Power Automate).
  • Certifications from Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, or ISO 19650 are a plus.
  • Project based exposure to GIS, digital twin, or asset information management tools is beneficial.
  • Understanding of BIM and information management standards, including ISO 19650, and organizational data classification strategies.
 Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $130,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
