GFT is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Project Team in New York, NY. This role requires regular attendance in New York, NY office.

What you’ll be challenged to do:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will prepare and proofread various documents, coordinate meetings, and manage office supplies. You will draw on your knowledge of administrative practices and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs to support project goals. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to the overall success of the team.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing administrative support to the GFT Project Team, including preparing or proofreading correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, and other documents

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings

  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies

  • Using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other programs to complete tasks

  • Preparing reports requiring selection of data from records or statistics

  • Applying standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the administrative field

  • Relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

What you will bring to our firm:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must live in Section 3 housing to be considered for this position

  • Experience with eBuilder
  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to grow and expand in the role

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $58,000 per year. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
