GFT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Group in the Greater Harrisburg Area! This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at our Mechanicsburg PA office.

What you’ll be challenged to do:
As Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to attract and engage exceptional talent that reflects our values of excellence, integrity, and innovation. The successful candidate will be energetic, with a high level of emotional intelligence, nimble with a positive attitude. Working directly with our Director of Talent Acquisition, this Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play an integral role supporting the recruiting function. You will contribute to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of project coordination and administrative support to ensure all candidates and internal clients have a positive experience throughout the recruiting life cycle.
In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Draft offer letters and initiate requisitions in alignment with GFT’s talent strategy.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, including candidate travel logistics and reimbursement.
Manage postings across external job boards, industry networks, and niche sites to reach diverse talent.
Support employer branding by coordinating career fairs, university events, and community engagement initiatives.
Partner with employee resource groups to strengthen early-career and internship pipelines.
Coordinate and elevate National Internship Day and other talent branding events.
Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records and generate weekly reports to support strategic hiring decisions.
Create engaging content for the weekly Talent Acquisition newsletter, reinforcing our brand voice and culture.
Provide administrative support for referral programs, recruitment campaigns, and special projects.
Ensure candidates and internal stakeholders have a consistently positive and professional experience that reflects the GFT Infrastructure mission
Associate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience supporting talent acquisition, HR, or business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with agility and professionalism.
Customer-service orientation with a proactive mindset and strong follow-up skills.
Experience with event planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
Interest in new technology platforms, including AI tools like ChatGPT or CoPilot.
