GFT is seeking Engineering Specialists of a variety of professional disciplines to join our Construction Services Group in Toronto, ON on an on-call/casual hourly basis.

We are seeking experienced, senior-level individuals with expertise in the below areas to work with us on series of Transportation-related projects as: 

1. Roads Specialists 
2. Drainage Specialists 
3. Mechanical/Electrical Specialists 
4. Structural Specialists 
5. Track Specialists 
6. Deep Foundations Specialists 

This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a casual work assignment.

What you'll be challenged to do:

You will support planning, design, and construction management activities for a variety of projects.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for the following

• Engage in complex problem solving through the involvement of several tasks/contracts with local clients, including MTO, Metrolinx, and municipal bodies.
• Execute design and technical services provided to clients, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide input into constructability analysis, staging, scheduling, site-based inspections.
• Participate in risk management workshops.
