As Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO, you will play an integral part in coordinating the day-to-day activities of our executives. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and is capable of working within a fast-paced, growing and rapidly changing environment that is mission-driven and people-centric. The ideal candidate will support both strategic and tactical efforts, exercise good judgment in various situations, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate administrative and organizational skills, while maintaining a realistic balance across multiple priorities.
Approximately 75% of your time will be spent supporting GFT’s CEO, with 30-50% dedicated to personal tasks during the workday. The remaining 25% of this person’s time will be spent supporting the CFO.
• Prioritize conflicting obligations and needs, independently and proactively carry out projects to completion on tight deadlines.
