GFT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate Right of Way Projects! This role can be based out of our Atlanta, GA office or can be a Remote position for the right individual.

What you’ll be challenged to do:
GFT has an immediate opening for a Senior Project Manager that directs, and coordinates activities of right of way (R/W) projects to ensure that the objectives of each project are accomplished within set schedules and budgets. Has a thorough understanding of the acquisition plan and/or relocation plan and process, project scope of work, R/W acquisition and management plan, and/or project management plan (PMP). Helps ensure that the project is carried out according to the applicable state and federal regulations. Manages scope, out-of-scope work requests, schedule, budget, forecasting, resources, resource constraints, and project risks. Creates and maintains positive rapport and nurtures relationships with all project stakeholders and clients.
In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Supervises or personally conducts highly-complex negotiations with officials and representatives of government agencies, public and private utilities, financial concerns and attorneys.

Salary Range: $123,000 - $156,000
Salary dependent upon experience and geographic location
