APM report to Project/Program Managers and provides the administration and coordination of activities for the design, construction, or delivery of activities involved in all phases of assigned projects, from their initial conception through completion.

Ensures quality and high standards of performance and compliance to complete assigned projects, implement programs, deliver strategic initiatives, and facilitate organizational change. Makes decisions and takes action in a timely manner. Corrects mistakes and errors in assigned tasks, designs, or construction activities before they can be extensively incorporated into the project or as early in the applicable process as possible.
