Responsibilities

Gannett Fleming Inc., is looking for a CRM Manager responsible for providing overall direction and integration of CRM for business development, marketing and functional areas. Communicates and coordinates with Corporate Business Development and Marketing and Corporate IT to ensure appropriate integration of processes and modules across the organization. Oversees, defines and monitors critical path activities and resolves issues or escalates issues as needed. Successful implementation is dependent on the ability of incumbent to influence business unit leadership and management decisions and drive ownership and acceptance of this change to the business. Acts as a liaison between the business units and IT in developing and implementing CRM solutions, manages the business impact of all CRM projects.

 

  • Ensure the successful implementation and ongoing usage of Microsoft CRM by core users throughout the company, ultimately developing tailored business plans for all departmental users
  • Strategic Functional understanding to leverage all aspects of CRM capability
  • Use business acumen, data gathering and analysis, and other sources of information to improve the overall revenue maximization and utilization of the CRM tool
  • Assist in the development of revenue campaign strategies and tactics through an understanding of all data fields and sources available and make recommendations for potential revenue leads
  • Participate in regular meetings with management/leadership to review revenue statuses and opportunities
  • Drive process effectiveness and continuous improvement
  • Support tracking the effectiveness of revenue campaigns through quantitative and qualitative analysis and management
  • Support on-going development of CRM sales, marketing, support and management tool
  • Engage key stakeholders for timely and meaningful feedback to leverage the information for better system adoption and enhancements
  • Working with external partner to manage the design, testing and delivery of all new system functionality and enhancements
  • Actively pursue existing and new data collection methods through all outlets available, ensuring standardization and accuracy in which that data is collected and stored
  • Develop and lead presentations to Business Line Leadership teams
  • Project management and Stakeholder Management
  • Scope training materials to best engage users for successful system adoption
  • Conduct End- User training on CRM System
  • Facilitate process and reviews to gain buy-in and approval of key process changes

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical competency or business related field
  • 5-10 years successful CRM Strategy implementation
  • Solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM in relation to improving revenue effectiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to lead/coach others how to sell utilizing a standard business process and CRM Tool
  • Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction Industry is preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix environment to create buy in and implement processes
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management within Gannett Fleming
  • Track record of successfully performing duties with little supervision and be proactive with strategic thinking
  • Capable of managing work on multiple projects simultaneously
