    What You Will Do

     

    Our Facilities group is currently looking for entry-level CADD Technicians in either Fairfax, VA or Baltimore, MD. Join our Journey!

     

    As a CADD Technician, you will play a pivotal role in a large variety of structural projects, including transit/rail stations and maintenance facilities, educational buildings, and water/wastewater facilities. 

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Create, maintain, and edit plans from concept through final construction drawings for structures; such as, buildings, transit stations, and water/wastewater facilities
    • Transfer information in written, sketched, or electronic format to final drawings
    • Plot/print drawings
    • Maintain project libraries and CADD standard
    • Perform general administrative assistance by maintaining project plans
    • Develop project and presentation graphics
    • Perform general administrative functions by maintaining project plans
    • Provide assistance with field inspections

     

     

    Minimum Qualifications

     

    • One or more years of technical school or an Associate degree in drafting technology
    • Experience with AutoCAD required
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in a team setting or as an individual solely working with the project engineer

     

    Preferred Qualifications

     

    • Experience with and Revit software preferred
