We effectively control our clients’ costs, deliver their projects on time, and meet strict regulatory needs while maintaining long-lasting relationships from the pre-construction stage until long after project completion. Gannett Fleming is looking for an experienced construction management professional for the role of Constructability Analyst.  

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide constructability reviews of design and contract documents
    • Identify issues to reduce construction costs, minimize potential for delays and claims, and ensure an easily constructed project
    • Review documents to ensure clear, enforceable contract language and to evaluate construction sequencing, methodologies, scheduling, and temporary work
    • Interface with other stakeholders to provide cost and scheduling data
    • Adhere to processes to ensure checks and balances to assure all aspect of project are captured

    Qualifications Required:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, construction, and contract administration
    • Bachelors’ degree in Construction Management or related field
    • Strong time management skills with ability to meet deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem and analytical skills
    • Proficient at reading drawings and schematics
